The Ven. Theros observe a 3-month long Vas Period (Rains Retreat) in acceptance of a special invitation by Dayakas, terminates with the Vap Full Moon Day. And with the “Cheevara Month” approaching in Novenmber the “Kathina Pinkama”- Offering of “Kathina Cheevara” to Maha Sangha in high esteem by Devotees & Dayakas, ends this much respected Event which is very Important to both the Ven. Monks and Dayakas (Devotees).

To mark this very special important Event, An All-Night Pirith recitation on 26th Oct. and offering of Noon-Meals to Ven. Maha Sangha on 27th Oct. by Dayakas will take place with much respect and in high esteem.
